And I’m happy to be part of this community as a member of the Vyond support team!

I enjoy using Vyond to create training videos, and to help our customers troubleshooting their platform issues. It’s a great tool for creative expression, messaging, and providing an outlet for a multitude of people.

I enjoy providing support for our customers whether its helping them troubleshoot an AI avatar issue, deciding on the best template to use for their fantasy-themed videos, or selecting an AI voice for their AI avatar. I bring over 15 years of customer service experience to my role, including over 7 years in the learning and development industry. I’ve dabbled in several learning management systems, and used a variety of training content production tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline, Adobe Captivate, the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Audition, Premiere Pro, etc.), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

I’m hoping to be a ready and able resource for this community, and look forward to the discussions around the Vyond platform!

If I could add one feature to the Vyond platform tomorrow, it would be VR integration to create 3D training video environments. Why? Not only would it be wicked cool, but I think utilizing VR as a learning technology is a unique and creative avenue to explore!
