My name is Tara, and I’m an Insurance Trainer and Learning & Development Specialist. I design and deliver commercial insurance training programs, with a strong focus on workflow application and practical skill development. I am transitioning into course creation and putting the facilitating on the back burning and I am excited for that!

I work in the insurance industry in Ontario, Canada. I’m relatively new to Vyond and am actively building it into my training toolkit to enhance engagement and retention.

I primarily videos to accompany digital training courses. My content is aimed at helping employees confidently apply technical knowledge in real-world customer situations.

I’d love to exchange practical strategies for designing impactful training videos—especially around scripting, pacing, and visual storytelling for adult learners. I’m particularly interested in using animation to simplify complex insurance workflows.
