Hello from North Idaho

Hello everyone!

I'm Janelle, an Instructional Designer at U.S. Bank. I've spent more than 20 years in training, coaching and learning roles, and I currently design learning experiences focused on compliance and leadership development.

I use Vyond to create training videos, scenario-based learning and videos that support internal communications. One of my favorite things about instructional design is turning complex topics into something learners can easily understand and apply.

Why I'm here I love seeing how other people solve design challenges. I'm hoping to learn new Vyond techniques, get inspired by other creators and share ideas from my own projects.

Biggest challenge Creating videos that feel fresh and engaging without relying on the same visual approaches every time.

What success looks like If I leave with a few new tricks, a few new connections and a better way to build videos, I'll consider my time here well spent.

If I could add one feature tomorrow A smart style guide that could automatically apply brand fonts, colors, image treatments and layout preferences across an entire project. It would save a lot of production time and help keep large projects consistent.
