Hello from North Dakota!

I’m LaDonna and yes, I live in Bismarck, North Dakota where the winters are brutal and we all live for summer! I’m an IT Organizational Change Management Lead at Basin Electric Power Cooperative. We are a large power generation cooperative that provides energy to much of the central United States.

This year, we’re in the middle of a huge IT transformation implementing a new cloud-based ERP system, a new ITSM platform, AI integration, and several other projects. I’ve been using Vyond to create training for new policies, program recruitment videos, and (my favorite) a series of short animated episodes called the I.T. Files to help our employees understand some of the new tools and processes they’ll need to know as we move toward launch dates. (I shared an episode in the Learn and Share section.)

I’m excited to be here and participate in this community to share what I’ve learned and learn from others!
