How to capture attention in the first 10 seconds of a video

Something I’ve been focusing on lately is the first 10 seconds of any video.

That initial moment where someone decides: Do I lean in… or tune out?

With Vyond, I’ve been experimenting with starting right in the middle of a moment. A customer question, a decision point, or a situation that feels real straight away.

Instead of easing into context, I’m finding it far more effective to drop the learner into it.

It’s a small shift, but it changes everything.

For me, it’s less about setting the scene… and more about creating an immediate connection.
