How do you design impactful moments in learning experiences?

One thing I’ve been thinking about lately is how little moments in a learning experience often matter the most.

Not the full module. Not the whole video. Just that one decision point, one line of dialogue, or one visual contrast that makes someone stop and think.

Vyond has been really powerful in helping me design those moments more intentionally, whether that’s showing the impact of a decision or creating a pause for reflection.

It’s less about covering everything, and more about landing the moment that sticks.
