How can external SMEs add comments to videos during development?

Good day!

Does anyone know of a way to have an external SME or other stakeholder be able to add feedback/comments right to a video during the development process?

I have an Enterprise account, so maybe it’s the wrong type? @jadah do you know?

Thanks!
