Moving backgrounds

Hey, am I missing something, where have the backgrounds gone that were simply coloured but had animations over the top (hard to explain) - for example, there was a plain blue background with a bunch of thumbs up moving, another looked like moving dots goings backwards and forwards over lines? they used to be there, what am I missing? thanks in advance y’all x
