Why doesn't my AI avatar appear in Vyond templates?

Hello. Fairly new to Vyond so any input/guidance would be appreciated. I created an AI avatar from a photo, it shows as My Library in AI Tools, but when I am in a template and click replace the default AI avatar, My Library AI avatar doesn’t show up. Is this a limitation or user error? Thanks!
